Mauritius is a small island in the Indian Ocean and you will be forgiven for not noticing it on the map, with a population of 1.2 million consisting of French, Indians, Chinese and Africans. Mauritius was founded by the Dutch and was subsequently taken over by the French, later the British took over and populated the Island. Mauritius is known as Paradise Island. The cabbage is mixed with salt, which starts off the lacto-fermentation process, where naturally occurring bacteria convert the vegetable sugars into lactic acid, a natural preservative. And, as beneficial bacteria thrive, eating it aids digestion. It’s so easy to make your own, and you can adjust the ingredients to suit your own tastes. Kimchi will last for up to three months in the fridge in an airtight jar”

Turmeric-Ginger Shots Recipe – Anthony William The Medical Medium

Turmeric-Ginger Shots RecipeTurmeric is famous for containing curcumin, a phytochemical with anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is a particular asset for conditions such as lupus, in which the body can get stuck in a habitual cycle of reaction, even after the invader (in the case of lupus, the Epstein-Barr virus) is no longer present. Sometimes, though, once a cycle gets started, the body needs an ally to come in and break the pattern.
